"The property has a nice and scenic greeneries from the above. We love the view. But owner of the condo needs to fix or replace some of the broken beds. Dining chairs are beginning to fall apart. Need to be replaced. Also to have hot water on kitchen and bathroom sinks for sanitary purposes."

" The property location is very ideal because of its proximity to malls (Uptown Mall is connected to the building underground). Mitsukoshi Mall across the street. Restaurants , shops, banks, night market, bars are all walking distance. This is an upbeat and lively location and at safe the same time safe. The only drawback here is communicating with the property manager. It is not easy to message them specially if you are from out of the country. "

"We did everything in Poblacion and Salcedo with just walking. Unit was able to be exceptionally cold. Very hot water with great pressure.Kitschy interior with weird spaces. Nieces loved it. Comfortable sleep spaces."

"The room was clean on arrival. With a well stocked kitchenette. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, pharmacy and church are all within very short walking distance. The Greenbelt Shopping Mall is also under a 14 minute walk. So location is excellent and the staff is very courteous and helpful. My husband very much enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym facilities are actually excellent."
