We felt the resort could have put more effort in maintaining that the doors to the room closed without gaps that allow bugs to get in so easily. "We thought the property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The dogs and cats were super nice and loving as well. The ambience was truly wonderful. It was a bit difficult to find staff at times and we never found the pool- but we were gone during the day and the darkness sets in around 6 pm. "The treehouse was definitely worth the stay. Even though it had no AC, it wasn't needed. The temps in the forest were perfect even at night. The sounds of the forest were amazing to fall asleep too. Woken to the sounds of toucans more than once. I would recommend having a car if staying here. Having a vehicle allowed us the freedom to come and go as needed. Overall, this was a great place to stay!"
