"The curtain looked abit old, the bedsheets didn’t change might be due to eco friendliness and the noise outside the room and outside window able to hear clearly but this was the best hotel I have stayed so far comparing to Munich and Tromso in this trip. Reception Aziz very friendly and nice, he told us as Expedia VIP we were able to request for free late check out till 2pm upon availability but when we called the recept on 15 Nov around 8plus in the morning, the lady told us there would be extra cost "

"My go to hotel in Frankfurt, I get not everyone's cup of tea, but it is exactly like you see on the pictures. Well located for exploring the City, If arriving by train from the airport or main train station get off at Hauptwache stop and exit towards the end of the train you have just got off, the station before on the map may look nearer but it isn't. Reception is on the sixth floor, you need a card to access the other floors. Dedicated check in staff would be nicer rather than having to disturb someone from the bar is my only criticism. The shower is great and lovely smelling soap and shower gel, comfy bed and warm duvet"
