"We only stayed 1night. I wish we could have stayed a little longer to take advantage of the spa. It’s a beautifully repurposed old compound with thoughtful architecture & engineering. My only complaint was the hallway light kept flashing on and off -visible through our room window and it kept us awake all night. It would be perfect if the Parador could shade the hallway windows better at night."

"Generally fine, although my room was at the end of a corridor and the internet didn't stretch that far. The staff were helpful and moved me to a new room with internet after a couple of days. Otherwise no complaints. The furnishing in both rooms was a little tired, but OK for the price."

"Le foto della stanza che avevamo visto dal sito non erano le stesse. Ci hanno dato una camera al piano - 1, poco illuminato, con le pareti piene di umidità ed il lavandino guasto. Purtroppo, al momento della prenotazione, non ci eravamo accorti che la stanza avesse il bagno in comune con altre persone, le quali fumavano tranquillamente ovunque. Abbiamo richiesto una nuova sistemazione (pagandola a parte perché aveva il bagno in camera) ma il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato la struttura perdendo 1...

"We were booked for the weekend- Thu, Fri and Sat nights… the room was in front of the lift so all the bus groups kept coming in and out very loudly very early each morning. Rooms are modern and clean however some bit were off like the light in the toilet was hanging over the basin. "The castle is a dream. Wonderful place.Stunning .Super clean. Quiet walkable city down the hill. Beautiful rooms. The only bad thing was dinner time. It’s a shame that are so short staffed. It took forever to get food and a long wait (30 min.) to get coffee after dinner. A hotel with this stature should offer an excellent service all around. "

"La cabaña es preciosa y está en un paraje muy bonito en pleno campo rodeado de encinas y con bancos en el exterior para comer, muy cerca del pueblo. Las camas de litera de 1.35 son amplias con lamas de madera. Los colchones muy incómodos, el sofá cama del comedor muy cómodo para dormir. El agua caliente y la calefacción funcionan muy bien. "Family room very spacious and comfortable with small bathroom but adequate for short stay. Clean and well decorated, plenty of parking free in the village. Restaurant missing a proper kids menu which was a shame as the family room will attract families and the restaurant is not kid friendly and a bit over priced."
