"It was a comfortable clean room. However, there was difficulty getting the temperature right. Tried having the window open but still found it too warm. The Duvets on the beds could do with having variable togs and some firmer pillows would be useful"

"Really lovely hotel, very central to lots of things. Beautiful Christmas decorations made it quite grand. Loved the spa and customer service in hotel. Had the most amazing meal in the Brasserie although quite expensive, and felt staff while pleasant enough didn’t really want to be there.. The only criticism was the meal from room service, not the greatest. "
