"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. Our dog was able to make it through the fireworks in Berlin for the first time without hyperventilating and shivering himself into throwing up. We are so grateful. Our newborn was well accommodated with a baby bed and the dog fee of 25€ a night go us a dedicated dog bed, can of dog food, some treats, and water and food bowls. It was a really enjoyable trip and we also managed to keep everyone rested and mostly relaxed through the loud fireworks. If braving the new year celebrations with a pup or baby, highly recommend bringing a sound machine, lots of extra dog treats and getting the walks in earlier in the day before the fireworks start going more frequently in the early evening. "

"We picked this lovely small hotel “Little Big Hotel” as we wanted to be near bus and train lines, as well as within the Schöneberg area of Berlin. It was the perfect location for us, as the facilities were new, clean, and modern; all transit choices were easily reached. The beds were comfortable and the climate temperature inside the rooms was easily adjustable; the large window could be opened if needed. The noise level was excellent, although at least once a night, an ambulance with sirens on would drive by. The surrounding area is being redeveloped and will look better soon. The hotel has a small parking area, which many guests used. While they do not have an exercise room, they recommended a couple of fitness studio choices within walking distance. Breakfast was good, with many choices at the buffet. We spent the Christmas holiday staying at Lindemann’s Berlin, and the decorations were subtle but festive. We would stay there again. "

"A free breakfast included 7am to 10am included 3 choices of sandwich meats , cheese slices, coffee teas milk, cereal.kilk juice yogurt, fruit cocktail, breads, bun,Butter/Jams. The reception staff were patient and helpfull in giving directions map for subway/ train as I don't speak German. It was quiet albeit it was Christmas eve. "
