"The accessibility in this house meant no barriers with stairs and showers. The views were amazing, topped off with a curious hare and swifts diving around all day - a joy to watch. Fossil hunting in Charmouth was a 30 minute trip - some great finds. Durdle door fulfilled a nans expectations:) We loved the Dorset Sculpture by the lakes - just round the corner. "We had a lovely long weekend at the Piddle Inn. Downstairs is just like a pub - all for us! Bar, games room and pub kitchen fantastic for a family group. Gorgeous bedrooms and the sound of the stream at night. Lovely walks straight from the back and Alan the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly."

"This is a beautiful house, well equipped and was really suitable for our holiday with three generations of family. The pool was a big hit with the children in particular and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The beach at Weymouth together with all of the attractions are within easy reach. This was a very enjoyable week."

I cant understand some of the reviews that claim some of the furniture is a bit worn.... the house has charm and has the sense of travelling around the world (which Stanley has) without ever leaving and feeling extremely helpful. "This property was absolutely fantastic. It had everything you needed plus more, to have a great stay. Its in a great location. Very clean, we were shown around and told we only need to knock next door if we had any problems. We didnt. Bueatiful space outside with tables and chairs and a lovely fish pond.
