"Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are so friendly and nice. All staff always asked if you needed anything and made sure you were okay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others if you want a clean place to stay. The only downfall is the parking if you have a vehicle there is no free place to park. But it’s downtown Dallas so that isn’t really the hotels fault. By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I would come back again."

"There is a young woman who is the manager at check in.. I can’t remember her name but she had so much patience and was able to handle a lot of criticism from my GF who was being a little rude. Thank you, for dealing with her in the most professional way! "

"Nice hotel and helpful staff. Beds were clean and comfy. There were some areas on the carpets in the hall that need attention. Pool was nice and clear but the hot tub looked murkey. Great location. We would stay again. "
