"My wife and I were looking for a pet friendly home to enjoy for our anniversary weekend and this was absolutely perfect! The photos in the listing are a very accurate description of the property! You do not always get that lucky with rentals. The property owners have went above and beyond making this a bright & fun space for travelers to enjoy. The beds (we can’t speak for the bunks as we did not use them) are SUPER comfy!!! "

"Just a little disappointed in the actual location of this home, as it appears in the description that it is on the lake which it isnt, its across the street and you cannot look out and actually gaze upon the lake. Upon our arrival I was a little disappointed the stairs going up to the door were covered in snow and ice. There were no shovels or snow tools to remove it and it was a little dangerous taking my 88 yr old Mom up those steps. Later I found a broom and dust pan and used the dust pan...

"This was a great stay! This place was even better in person - cute, bright, and tidy nautical theme throughout. Layout was great for our family. First time to Buckeye Lake and we thoroughly enjoyed bikes on site for the 4 mile path along the lake. Loved the cocoa, Chocolate, and peppermint welcome treat in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend to anyone! "

"Lakehaven Cottage has been THE BEST VRBO stay we have ever had. The hosts think of everything you may need for a relaxing stay. They provide excellent homemade buckeyes, cookies and dog treats. They also have some toiletry items should you need them. This is our second stay and we plan to return. Highly recommend!"
