"It was in a lovley village and the room was okay with all you needed for a 2 night stay. Staff were friendly i just wished it was a full free cooked breakfast rather than just a free continental breakfast . For the price of the room i think it was a bit expensive. But overall a lovley place. "

"Brilliant place to stay for a stop-off while travelling or as a base for exploring this lovely part of the south-west, it is a really easy and comfortable place. We were in room 1 which had nice views of the church and was right next to the well-equipped kitchen area where you can go and make yourself a drink or relax in the lounge. "Cosy and comfortable. Decent bedding and excellent duvet. Really nice breakast. The bathroom safety rails should be replaced as very rusty but plenty of hot water. Overall very clean, only let down by the rusty rails in the bathroom. Wouldnt put me off staying again, it was so peaceful and comfortable."

"We stayed for one night en route to a week’s holiday in Cornwall. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was a good one. We had reserved a table for our evening meal (along with our dog) and thoroughly enjoyed the food."

"Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."
