"This is unit in an older NOLA style building on the 2nd floor. Unit is somewhat dated. The layout is a little funky but overall the living space and porch are great for a big group. We had six adults and it worked perfectly. Short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Awesome communication from the manager. Overall, great place to stay. "

"I liked the owner/manager. She was very helpful and told us of restaurants and things to do. View from deck amazing. Gated. Washer and dryer in unit. Privacy. Quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was parking was tricky."

"Owners very friendly. Although the restaurant is only offering pizza and salad the pizza was delicious and the cocktails yummy. Steve one of the owners was so friendly. Rooms are all different. Not a place for anyone mobility challenged as everything is up and down lots of rocky stairs. View is incredible. "

Truly the best location in St. Thomas, but pricey!

"You're gonna pay *way* more than other hotels/resorts/airbnbs in the area, but you're also gonna feel very safe and have one of the best and more private views on St. Thomas. The private beach isn't as nice as the others in the area you can drive to, but nice for a morning walk. The pools are unheated - beware! - and there is no hot tub which is the only thing that could've made this place better. That said, the room was extremely clean and well appointed, especially with kitchen items you need to cook and eat, and it was in such a good location. Highly recommend staying on this side of the island. They try to sell you a timeshare, but you can turn down the presentation of course. Any time we needed anything (extra blankets, more sugar packets), they would drive it right up. Lots of roosters, chickens, and cats on the property (though I wish they could take better care of the cats and work with the local Humane society). Overall, a great spot and highly recommend."

"The Airstream and Michelle’s hospitality were the perfect match for our week in the Virgin Islands! We visited our 63rd National Park- USVI on St John while we were there; that completed a 40-year journey to visit all Us National Parks. We traveled to many of the parks in our Class B camper, and these accommodations were similar- everything we needed was there!"

Breathtaking Panoramic Views Of The Caribbean Sea From This Luxury Villa

Perfect place

"Stayed at "Sea Ya Round" Villa five nights. Fancy place up on a hill with amazing views in 270 degrees. Scott really takes pride in his place and it shows, made for an unbelievable trip. We had top floor, second floor occupied by the owner, ground floor rented by a long term tenant. Very central location but need a rental car if staying on St. Thomas unless you are right downtown, the island as a whole is definitely not pedestrian friendly. Had a great kitchen with everything we needed to cook many of our own meals and save money that way. There were even storage containers for leftovers. Also very nice were beach towels so we didn't need to pack our own, and a cooler we could use too. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water, drinkable tap water, and there is solar to insulate from power outages on the island. Everything was clean and in great shape. Guests with mobility issues should just be aware that they will need to take stairs to the third floor."

"Deena sent us a link with specific coordinates to find the place with Google Maps. It is very hilly so glad for the 4-wheel drive. Key was in lockbox as told. The studio had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. The unit was clean and quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend. "
