"My second stay in Hotel Königshof. I really like this hotel because of its location close to the train station. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation with decent spa and fitness area. The beds in our room were not very comfortable because of the mattresses, otherwise the room was very clean. I like the spa area with saunas, steam bath and relaxation room. The hotel gym is decently equipped with lockers and changing room available. Quality of the breakfast is very good. The only thing lacking for me personally is coffee at the bar which is below par. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful."

Then there is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel that was outstanding, plus the loads of amenities we didn't even get to sample due to our enjoying the slopes in Garmish so much. "Owner had keys and room numbers for our after-business hour arrival. We nice owner who met guests at breakfast each morning. It was a hotter than normal week in August and like many German guest properties with no air conditioning we went to bed well after the sun went down and the air was cooler. Very nice location the associated restaurant has a very good traditional menu. Also, the owner provided a generous breakfast. "
