"Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in a ski village. Lots of hiking trails in the area. A chairlift is across the street that offers spectacular views and more hiking trails when you reach the mountain. The famous Neuschwanstein castle is within 30-40 min drive from here. Definitely recommended."

"Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"The view of the Alps is beautiful from the balcony. The sounds of the cowbells often in the distance. The property is far enough outside Fussen to be away from the tourist bustle but close enough for easy access to everything by car. The nearby lake See was beautiful."

"Michaela and her family were the most welcoming hosts. The apartment is located in the family farm compound and we got to interact with all of the friendly family members (including the animals!). Our 3 year old daughter loved the barn cats, the cows, sheep and bunnies. The setting couldn't have been more idyllic. The apartment itself is newly renovated and was very clean. The renovations were done by the family and the craftsmanship is beautiful. The only unexpected component was that one...

"Melanie was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The area is beautiful and close to a large supermarket, by car. It was the perfect base for our visits to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Palace and would also be an ideal base for mountain biking, road cycling and hill walking."

"Our family had a wonderful time in Aitrang. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. There was a ping pong table and board games to keep our children entertained and we all enjoyed using the wonderful hot tub. It is set in a very tranquil location with idyllic views. The Frank Family were wonderful hosts and everything went smoothly. We didn't want to leave!"
