I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. "Fantastic location with great views. Situated within 100m of the railway station and bus stop enabling easy and free transport to the airport and Geneva downtown. Surprisingly good restaurant that we used and priced reasonably for Switzerland."

"This hotel was within walking distance of the train station. The hotel also provided a free local transport card. The hotel was in a quiet location and we had a great view of Lake Geneva from our room. There were plenty of good restaurants near by. The staff were always friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. Great breakfast buffet too. "
