The check-in was seamless, with flexible timing, and even though we arrived close to 10 pm, the owner personally greeted us, gave a quick tour, and handed over the keys. "We stay this accommodation with 4 Families with small children (3 to 10 years old). The owner is very kind. We arrived 30 min. Before check-in time, but he allowed us early check-in. Big play ground near the Haus that he recommend us was very good, The terrace where we enjoyed BBQ dinner is wide enough. Our children liked small adventure to the fire pit in the forest behind of the haus. You can also enjoy the view of Breuburg castle. Though we stay there for 12 person, as there are toilets...

"Es war alles vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Herrliche Lage der gesamte Spessart. Im Gegensatz zum Vermieter gab es aber auch unfreundliche Menschen. Das haben wir schon anders in halt anderen Gegenden erlebt. Ansonsten gerne wieder."

"We stayed for four days and it was wonderful. The Cottage was perfect for 2 couples, on site contacts were very friendly and helpful. This was a perfect place to stay for day trips to Heidelberg, Bad-Wimpfen, and Baden-Baden. We enjoyed the seasonal white asparagus and local restaurants. We highly recommended this property!"

"Ein sehr schönes, modernes und vor allem sauberes Ferienhaus. Wir waren über Silvester mit Freunden hier. Leider waren die Schlafräume sehr sehr kalt, da die Heizung nicht richtig lief. Abzug gibt es für die kinderunfreundliche Vermieterin. Wir mussten 400 nachzahlen. Selbst für ein einjähriges Kind wird der volle Preis berechbet. Frech!"

There were two good bedrooms comfortably accommodating the four of us and a bathroom with a good powerful shower which is always a bonus in hot weather. You will definitely need a car for this location as the local village has no shop or other real amenities but its very rural location ensures you are surrounded by stunning countryside. It is only about 30 minutes to Heidelberg...
