"Key didn’t work. Caused inconvenience. Had to go several times to the front desk. Asked for a bottle of water at the front desk. Got an answer that it is provided only at first night. I said ok, charge me. The lady at reception referred me to the bar to buy one. Very annoying. I think that politeness and good service need to be improved. "

"It’s a good hotel for price! It offers great restaurant and bar options with views and good food. The staff is experience, friendly and really helpful. It definitely in need of some updating, flooring and bathrooms feel older, but I won’t hold it against them. We had parking for our rental car, and tons of things to do walking distance. "Great hotel for a quick visit to Lisbon. Hotel is clean, rooms are good, breakfast is great and the reception staff are friendly. Just had an issue with the room not cleaned when we got back late at night but the receptionist sorted out fresh towels for us. "
