"By the looks of the hotel online it’s very elegant. But it’s much dirtier, smells like cigarettes, and room is tiny. A lot of noise outside due to poor insulation. The restaurant was good though with good prices. I guess you get what you pay for. It worked ok for me but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location nice and quiet. The playground was covered in snow and our daughter loved it! The playground even without snow would be amazing. I would definitely come back here again. "

"Great new facility in the mountains. Need transportation to get to it and get around, but great resort. Rooms are apartments and very large and spacious. Disappointed that the gym, sauna and pool were at a cost but it's minimal; would be good to just up charge and include."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Rezort Gothal. The cabins were very nice and clean and we also enjoyed the wellness facility. The pool and playground areas are amazing for kids. It is very close to a beautiful area Donovaly which we discovered as well. Great place, great location. "

"I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. "The heating was not working and it was uncomfortably cold, reported the issue and it was still not fixed the following day. The bed was also very uncomfortable and they struggled to speak English so it was quite difficult to communicate even during simple check in. "

"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area.
