"What a find! Clean, comfortable and convenient. The house has charm, modern amenities, big flat backyard, wifi, and easy parking. We played the board games that were there, and I enjoyed the travel guides and books. It's great to be able to walk around (hilly, but that makes for great scenery) - we especially enjoyed Bolivar Bakery, Snallygasters restaurant, and whitewater rafting (Harpers Ferry Adventure Center). We'd definitely stay here again."

"The cottage was very nice and clean. It was well-equipped with amenities and was a nice size - would be great for a small family. The walk to the river is down a pretty steep hill so be prepared for that. Also maybe take camp chairs if you want to sit by the river. Very quiet and peaceful setting with a nice view of the river from the balcony."

"This is a lovely home set far back on a country Road. It sits in the middle of the forest and then you can see the Potomac river below you from the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed using our Merlin app to document all of the birds that we were hearing. There were Baltimore orioles, fluttering about. It was very comfortable and the perfect place for a bunch of bird lovers!"

"This extremely well renovated historic site could not possibly be in a better location for exploring Frederick. Danny was very responsive and checking in and out were easy. Keep in mind it's an historic site at the intersection of two streets, half a block from the art center and a lovely bridge across the creek - all positives, but you do need to keep privacy in mind.
