"Check in was listed for 4pm we finally got our room at 5:30!!"

"Bathroom renovation is odd with the sink and countertop moved out. There is No place to put toiletries or any bags in bathroom area without putting them on the floor, which of course I didn’t! A lot of wasted space in the large bathroom. Very sensitive to smells ….We couldn’t use the heater as my allergies flared immediately. Bed was ok, breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"The front desk staff called personally to check on me because I was running late for my check-in. I was completely impressed by this!!! The room was spotless, comfortable, and felt like home. The beds were more comfortable than my own! I wanted to take them home! I had to leave early and again the young lady at the front desk made this hassle-free. Your staff is amazing!!! "

"The property and facilities are wonderful! The bathroom in our room had rust on the bathtub, and a few questionable brown marks on the walls, but we stayed in a pet friendly room so I understand. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. One even gave me her own postage stamp, for free, to mail a post card. The outdoor cabanas could be maintained better, and the coffee was not strong and very watery, but overall I would recommend this location and will return...
