"Excellent reception staff who helped us check in when i carelessly booked in a wrong month. We arrived so late, it was after dinner and he'd just taken care of it in a few mins!! "

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"Its cheap, clean & comfortable for a one night stay whilst travelling. If you are using UK travel plugs they go in upside down. Some of mine didn’t go in at all. Petrol station & plenty of places to eat in nearby"
