Appartement spacieux et bien aménagé
Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille dans ce grand appartement propre et bien agencé.Il se trouve à 2 km à pieds du centre historique. Le gestionnaire Huswell n'est pas très réactif à répondre. Aucune indication pour les poubelles que nous avons dû ramener en France compte tenu qu'il faut un pass pour accéder aux conteners ordures ménagères et recyclables, seuls les bacs de verre sont librement accessibles. Pour les tous petits, il y a un lit bébé et un co-dodo. Le stationnement gratuit est devant la maison avec disque toutes les 2 heures mais facilite le dépôt des bagages. Le reste du temps, il convient de stationner sur le parking près du commissariat de police à 200 m de l'appartement.

Unterkunft grundsätzlich top, Küche groß, Lage auch gut mit Bäckereien in der Nähe und fußläufig vom Bahnhof. Aber offenes Bad mit Blick vom WC aufs Bett und zurück ist unpraktisch. Extragebühr von 29 Euro für Müll haben wir auch noch nirgends erlebt und das war bei Buchung nicht bekannt.

Wohnung prima, aber Beschreibung / Verwaltung nicht optimal
Kurzaufenthalt in Brügge; Wohnung sehr schön und groß. Für kleine Kinder schwierig: steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern im Dachgeschoss mit glatten Holzstufen, kein (Warn-)Hinweis dazu in der Beschreibung. Kein eigener Parkplatz! Wohnung liegt in Straße mit Parkzone (Parkscheibe 9-18 Uhr, maximal 2h). Nur 5 Minuten Fahrt in Tiefgarage 't Zand und von da direkt in die Innenstadt laufen. Bäcker in Laufnähe, Supermarkt 3 Min Fahrt. Problem: Die Wohnung hat - so auch nach zäher Kommunikation der Verwalter Huswell - keine zugehörigen Mülltonnen, sodass man seinen Müll irgendwie selbst entsorgen muss oder gegen Gebühr entsorgen lassen kann (30 EUR!). Darauf wird nicht hingewiesen, ein klarer Malus! In den Läden rundum ist die Akzeptanz für Englisch/Französisch gering ausgeprägt, man erwartet Flämisch, es ist eben ein Vorort und nicht Brügge Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist (außer mit Toilettenpapier, 1 Schwamm und 1 Handtuch in der Küche, 3 Spülmaschinentabs) nicht mit Alltagsuntensilien ausgestattet, d.h. man muss alles mitbringen / kaufen (Seife v.a. für 3 Bäder, Spülmittel etc.). Das ist ungewöhnlich in dieser Preisklasse. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber nicht optimal (Abfluss einer Dusche schwierig; voller Kaffeefilter in Maschine; Küchenboden klebte stellenweise). Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war verzögert und von Sprachschwierigkeiten geprägt. Doppelbetten haben nur 1 große Decke, in Wohnung keine zusätzlichen Decken, ggf. selbst mitbringen.
