"Clean quiet efficient "

"Es uno de esos hoteles que pretende eliminar la recepción para abaratar costos. Ya no estamos en pandemia. Yo prefiero que me atienda un recepcionista, tuve que pedir un taxi que me recogiera a las 4 de la mañana, no tuve ayuda y me las vi brava. Prefiero pagar más pero ir donde me atiendan mejor."

"Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were to a high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and we loved the fact that free self service tea and coffee was available in the lounge 24/7"

"We enjoyed our stay, and the very central location, with several restaurants, a new Irish pub, and the Christmas market metres away. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The "julefrokost"was plentiful with a wide array of traditional Norwegian Christmas dishes. Our only complaint is that the food was on the cold side for our tastes, even when we showed up at opening time. We used the exercise room, and also enjoyed the second-floor lounge. "

"After a late arrival we found the check in to be very quick and efficient. A peaceful nights sleep was had, followed by a really nice buffet breakfast. I’m not sure if this was a standard breakfast for all Scandic hotels, but if it is I won’t be staying anywhere else in future. 10/10. "

"My family and I booked a family room for four through Expedia. Upon arrival, we found the room only had space for three. The receptionist said our reservation listed only two guests, but my booking clearly stated the room accommodated four. When I called back, I was put in touch with the manager, whose response was unprofessional. Rather than resolving the issue, she was confrontational and dismissive.
