"Unfortunately we could not make the trip as my wife’s mum was taken into hospital. It was the night before are stay so could not get a refund. I did contact the hotel directly to see if there was a chance of a new date just in case. I did get a nice email from Amanda to confirm we could not . But did offer next time in Aberdeen they would look after us . Thanks again to Amanda. "

"Thainstone house is like a old fashioned castle style very beautiful stunning lawns and picturesque of beauty .I would recommend this hotel ..should be given six stars staff excellent and friendly."

"I use this hotel often, had a problem with the standard double room, but after talking with receotion they upgraded me for £10 to an excecutive foubke. Breakfast as usual was very nice."
