"Excellent! Enock and his family were super friendly and wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful with lots of character.Our room was super comfortable, and the guest suite was stocked full of amenities, including coffee and toiletries, and even champagne! Location is good, with Flatbush Avenue station a 15-minute walk away, with buses also nearby."

"No one reply’s to me when I try to use my one night credit. Now they refuse to even give me credit at all. I understand there is no refund but I contacted the property prior to the stay and they said they will give me one night credit because they took my money!!!! "

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...

"The Penny was just perfect for us! Beautiful hotel, spacious and light rooms and lovely added touches (such as the fresh coffee and local recommendations card). Williamsburg did not disappoint and we absolutely loved the area. We will be back and have already recommended it to friends and family! "
