"This rental was flawed from the beginning. The complex does not allow short term rentals, there is no check in process. The key was hanging on a hook by the front door for anyone to see. There was no phone number to contact. Both the complex and VRBO tried to reach out to the host with no response. There were no instructions inside the unit, no wifi, a phone jammer must have been present because phones would not work inside of unit. There were cameras in the unit that I unplugged. "The site listed this #1 place for Rincon Georgia 7 miles away. Its really 36 min drive from Rincon but worth the drive if you love peace and quite in the woods. We enjoyed our stay. Very beautiful neighborhood with big 1 acre lot. Great for playing catch with the kids. Bluffton is 30 + min drive away. Mattress in masterbed was very comfortable. Furniture very nice. "
