"Really enjoyed our stay in Ticehurst. The accommodation was lovely - the photos didn’t do it justice! Ann was very helpful and provided a great welcome pack for us. Lovely to have access to the garden to eat outside too. Please note that check in is from 3, not 4, as it said in our VRBO confirmation. Unfortunate as we’d hung around from 3. This wasn’t Ann’s fault though. "

"The apartment was well situated close to lots of cafes, art galleries, supermarkets and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk down to the beach and magnificent Goat Ledge cafe. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean but felt homely at the same time. "We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms...
