"The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with two other families and the big room was ideal for the kids! The outdoor area was stunning and a great space for the kids to run around. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again if/when we get back to Santa Cruz! "

"Very clean and well maintained property, even while occupying the location. A strong wind occurred overnight and we left the spa cover off. The next morning we discovered a lot of debris fell into it and was not in any condition to be used. However, we left to grab lunch, and when we checked the spa again, it was all clear and cleaned up! Was very happy to once again use the spa. A++"

"This property is really nice… nice older house with lots of charm, great backyard, and close to a lot of attractions. You can tell the owner has put a lot work into the home. Only problem is the noisy intersection the house sits at… cars go zooming by all day, and all night. On a Friday and Saturday night, the traffic noise is pretty bad if you’re a light sleeper."

"Beautiful home, very well appointed. Perfect for a family or group (like a girls' weekend or reunion). Kitchen well stocked, furniture in good shape, nice yard. Easy access to freeway and charming local downtown. Small glitch with door entry system resolved right away because owner was super responsive. Only issue worth noting is that the VRBO page for this property shows it as having a hot tub. It does not. If that's important to you, please note. Bottom line: lovely place-- would stay...

Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space to hang out with family, great neighborhood & plenty of parking. Check in and access were very easy and owner was responsive to our communication! "This place is pretty nice and cute, and has a great location. It's a bit tight on space, but we knew that going in. My main complaint is that the fold-out couch in the living room is very fragile. It has instructions about how to pull it out gently, etc., which we followed; but no matter how careful we were, the fold-out part always collapsed after a few minutes of light usage. So we told our son to sleep on the other half of it, which is the main couch part. The place also gets pretty hot...
