"Check in was friendly and professional. Cleanliness was excellent and comfort in room was fantastic. Complementary spa use was a nice extra as well. One comment on the spa was the steam room and sauna weren't particularly hot. Perhaps just personal preference. Also the liner on the spa pool has come loose, feels a bit lumpy under foot."

Staff across all departments were exemplary and the room was comfortable bright and well appointed - food in the restaurant was excellent in the evening and breakfast to excellent with plenty of options"

We chose a seaview room, and waking up to the view of South Beach and Caldey Island was amazing, especially as we were lucky to have a sunny few days, despite it being very cold. The hotel was great, from the friendly, helpful staff to the comfort and stylish decor of the public areas.
