Great Property + Great Location
Joe Bear was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and about as close to Hochatown attractions as you can get, yet it still felt secluded. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect weekend getaway place for me, my husband and our 2 dogs. There are so many beautiful hiking trails near by and it’s close to lots of good places to eat. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Joe Bear cabin was amazing!
Joe Bear cabin was amazing! The cabin was perfect for my wife and I! The descriptions and pictures was exact. It was very close to a lot of different restaurants. The property manager Regina was very communicative and was a very good host! I give this cabin and our experience 5 stars!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Nice stay. When we walked it was very clean, even smelled clean which is a plus in my book! Not far from anything. The hot tub was SO nice!There was a couple downfalls. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all, and the sink in the bathroom was stopped up as well.

Cabin was nice and looks just like the pictures. It’s not as private as I had hoped for but still very nice and quiet. Walking distance to local restaurants and breweries. Water pressure was awful but not a deal breaker.

4th of July staycation and anniversary
First of all the host was very communicative since prior to the stay. The cabin in person is much better to appreciate than the pictures online. Everything needed such as coffee and shampoo was provided. Grill and fire pit was clean, the hot tub was ready to go and the AC was pumping upon our arrival. The location is next to a pizza place so you can go have drinks and food without driving. Most of the attractions are within 0.5 mile distance. There was also working wifi and tv (no service out there). Highly recommend staying at Joe Bear cabin. Cheers, Enrique and Heather from Dallas

Amazing experience
Everything was great and all the descriptions and pictures of the cabin was correct. Location close to many food choices was a plus. Hot tub was amazing.and best of all the host Regina was very communicative and was an exceptional host!

There is no water pressure. The bed is not comfortable. The worst part was the dust everywhere The quilt and the pillow shams were dirty and they smelled. The toilet chain broke. One of the pans broke making eggs. The pans are very old. We would not stay again.
