Had to switch rooms 3 times each room was dirty. Broken lights. Broken tvs. Broken heaters. Broken doors. Staff was annoyed that i kept finding issues. I just wanted a decent room and had to settle for one that still wasnt all that great

The property is old needs renovations desperately. The shower ceiling was falling down , all the casing and door frames are broken and needing repair. They appeared to have painted over what was a kicked in door. The pop machines were out of order and the pillows and bedding were old and smelly. Not worth $100 a night at all. The only saving grace was the check in girl was very nice. Our first room had no heat and she at least found us a room with heat

Room had broken tiles, shower was filthy, curtains dirty. Room smelled and bed was uncomfortable, sheets were not clean. The breakfast was stale and eggs looked old and moldy. Television had bad reception and walls very thin. Safety locks were broken.

Made the mistake again, booking at a whyndam hotel. 4th time in 3 different countries and always found the same results. Tipical whydman hotel. Porley maintained, beds the should have been replaced years ago. Broken heating systems, that barley keep the room warm. Just bare bones minimum. This hotel chain need to revamp to keep thoer clients happy.

Brutal experience. Room smelled like drugs & cigarettes. Half the room no power. Staff couldn’t care less. Asked for a refund. Didn’t happen. Just awful 😣

When we arrived in our room, it was obvious that the floors had not been swept in sometime. We removed the area rug as it was filthy. I went to the front desk and asked for a dustpan and broom which they gave me and didn’t ask why I spent the next 10 minutes Sweeping the bathroom and the hotel room itself. We won’t stay here again.

Basic but clean
The hotel was fine for somewhere to sleep for a few nights. It was basic but it was acceptably clean. My hair dryer didn't work, I had to get out the shower and call front desk because the shampoo dispenser was empty, but the staff were quick to respond. Breakfast was very basic but nice that it was included. My room needed a new shower curtain, the one in there was pretty grungy.

Bathroom door didn't even close, dirty towels not picked up daily, garbage not picked up daily, out of facial tissue after first day and never replaced, 2 guests and only 1 wash cloth provided originally, tea/coffee not topped up daily, when asked about garbage pickup bags were provided to do it ourselves...

- the carpets were badly worn and the doors needed a new coat of paint - the key cards didn't work well, had to go back to the desk for new ones -the TV reception was terrible, low resolution picturesw and sound had static - the microwave and coffee maker in the room were unplugged and couldn't reach behind to plug them in - the clock radio didn't get any stations - had to go up and down several sets of stairs to access the room' - the free hot breakfast was only eggs and sausages. there was some cereal and bagels but all in all not very nice - desk people did their best under the circumstances although when I asked about saving energy but not putting new sheets on the bed they said use the 'Do Not Disturb' sign when actually there was a sticker on the bathroom sink mirror saying they only changed the sheets every 3 days which was what I wanted anyway
