This Century Home is located in the quaint town of Beaverton which is on the Shores of Lake Simcoe. The home is steps from the town Beaverton with Fabulous Local Shops, Restaurants, and outdoor Patios. Lake Simcoe has incredible Beaches & Waterfront for all your summer and winter sports activities including Swimming, Fishing, Kayaking, or walking the Pier. All this is just a 10 min walk to the Harbour. The Beaverton Harbour has a public Boat Launch, Splash Pad, Park, and Beach. If you like walking there are local Trails along the Beaver River and throughout the fairgrounds to stretch out. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, fresh sheets always, and a fully stocked, eat-in kitchen. There’s also a large living room for guests to gather. We even have free wifi. There’s a charcoal BBQ if you like cooking outdoors on your Private front porch. Lots to do and a great home too! Enjoy.

Good home with a couple of quirks
This very small two-bedroom home met our needs well. The home is older but renovated with some new touches and a few quirks. Rustic bedrooms, which we wish had more than one power outlet each. Excellent kitchen. We didn't love the position of the stairs immediately outside the bathroom door and would recommend some additional updates (ex. making the jacuzzi tub usable and replacing the missing shower door with another door instead of a curtain). Aside from those small quirks, the house was good, as advertised, and centrally located one block from the main street of Beaverton.
