Spacious and private waterfront cottage at Lake Simcoe! The cottage has private waterfront access & a private dock directly at Lake Simoce. It is about an hour drive from Toronto. Spectacular lake & sunset views. Lake Simcoe offers great swimming, fishing, boating & water sport opportunities. The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2.5 washrooms, sauna room, living room w/ fireplace, dining room, kitchen, & laundry room. Walk out to a spacious deck complete with hot tub, BBQ grill & patio furniture.

The bedrooms:
5 Bedrooms: All bedrooms have great lake view & sunset view:
1) Master Bedroom with full ensuite washroom & closet: King bed, 3 night tables, sofa & 43" smart 4K TV (1st Floor).
2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 2 night tables, sofa, & 43" smart 4K TV (1st Floor).
3) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (3 levels), table, bookcase, 43" smart 4K TV & access to backyard (1st Floor).
4) Bedroom 4: King bed, 2 night tables & walk-in closet (2nd Floor).
5) Bedroom 5: 2 Queen beds, 3 night tables & closet (2nd Floor).
In total, there are 8 beds, which are suitable for up to 13 guests.

Million dollar view overlooking Lake Simcoe
We had such an incredible trip! Our group ended up renting a pontoon boat that we were able to come and go right from the dock. Water was crystal clear which made swimming so enjoyable for us. We booked this cottage as it was one of the very few places that had both a hot tub and a sauna. Cottage had everything we needed. Will definitely book again for longer next time for sure.
