"Lovely hotel showing it age but in an elegant way. Food good breakfast was enjoyable and portions good. The location is stunning views to die for. Fantastic staff nothing to much not that we asked for much. The only drawback was the “caravan module toilet / shower room “ now I’m an above average sized person but if I’d been twiggey I would have struggled. I suppose you get what you pay for, but if I had known before I went I would have upgraded. A real letdown and really all I can remember about...

"The hotel is clean & the staff are really friendly & helpful. The reception,dining room & bar is very modern but the room we stayed in was quite dated. Also @ the moment there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel & the road you take to go in the hotel carpark is very difficult to find. An Advanced warning by email would have been very helpful. "

"I stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cottages, it was so peaceful in beautiful surroundings. Very clean warm with all modern facilities. Spacious and convenient parking right next to accomodation. The use of health club facilities was wonderful after a long drive. The staff i dealt with were friendly and welcoming and answered any queries I had. "

"The accomodation was amazing and the private hot tub the best I have been in. Make sure you take EVERYTHING with you if you plan to cook as absolutely nothing there atall, not even salt and pepper. Very disappointed in the fact the Sauna was not working nd we had not benn informed off this and then when we arrived they closed the gym (one of the reasons I booked this place) to paint it....surely this could haave been done earlier in the year before the park got busy? Several people were there...

"This is in a great location but the room was a little grubby with the toilet needing to be flushed when we arrived and what felt like crumbs in the bed. The staff are helpful but their systems are soooo slow, taking a very long time to add anything to the room."

"Large room, very clean, great shower good food and wonderful staff. I booked through hotels.com then upgraded through hotels.com. The upgrade was amended in plenty of time. The upgrade wasnt passed on to the hotel. "
