"Perfectly decent pub accommodation, in a separate building set back from the pub which is ideal in case is worried about noise. Fairly basic facilities (note no toiletries are provided) but a nice touch having a small fridge with free bottled water and proper milk for tea/coffee!"

"Great little location, quirky room with two bedrooms, and low beams, creaky floors and higgledypiggeldy layout all of which was a joy! Much better than the generic box rooms you get given at chain hotels. It was all well equiped and well functioning. Double bed not the comfiest I’ve slept on - a relatively thin mattress. All the same, it was warm, cosy, and perfect for what I needed this weekend. Friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Full English breakfast was sensational. Thank you. "

"We are repeat customers. This is probably our 7th or 8th visit. Love the area...great for walks. Love how remote The High Corner Inn is. There seems to be a high staff turnover the past few years however bar and restaurant staff were excellent on this visit and couldn't have been more welcoming. Only two complaints...it has become quite expensive and the food quality is not as good. We all felt that the value for money in terms of food and drinks was not as good as in the past. "This was my second stay at The Crown at Harnhill, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, well-kept, and had all the little touches that make a stay extra special. A good night’s sleep was guaranteed with the cozy bed and peaceful surroundings. "Lovely place, friendly staff. Delicious food and breakfast. Room comfortable, my only minor issue was the sound of the air/con heating unit outside, but i am a light sleeper! Apart from that pretty much perfect! "

"Despite arriving late in the evening, I was made to feel welcome. The room was freshly redecorated, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. Staff all very friendly. I was told by the taxi driver how amazing the food is, but didn't get a chance to stay for dinner, maybe next time!"
