"Over all everything was as advertised and we were very satisfied and felt welcomed. I felt that there was a slight issue for my wife and I in getting up to the entry way. Both of us have very minor mobility issues due to age advancements but nothing that, in our current condition, would keep us from returning. We did have a hard frost overnight and the painted deck was slippery. The owners might consider addressing this issue for late and early season guests. These are not complaints, just good intentioned observations."

"Reggie’s retreat was an amazing place to stay. The dog friendly touches like water bowls and poo bags were very much appreciated. Hiking trail in walking distance and close to Lake Vermilion where we fished a couple days. The rooms were pristine and the kitchen was great. Would highly recommend!"
