The hotel itself is a little dated, given its an old building, but relatively well maintained. Our original room window wasn't able to close properly after we ventilated the room, the staff quickly accepted our request for a room change and even upgraded us to a slightly better room at no charge, and gave us free breakfast to go with for our remaining...
