"The property is located in a VERY good spot right next to the border with Switzerland, although reaching the property with a car is quite difficult because it is located in a very narrow street, climbing up to a mountain. Spaces are clean and room was comfortable. Owner was available at all time, reached by phone and very helpful to provide any information or help. "

"Very accommodating & helpful host/owner. Just be aware if you don’t book in advance, and thus need to do a self-check-in, you will need to get the keys from a public locker shop about 2 blocks away. But if you arrange your check-in ahead of time, and hey can meet you at the property. The room was very clean, modern, & the beds were very comfortable! I do recommend this place when staying in Como."

"Nice room in a cute complex. No wifi made it difficult. Sheets not included and had to pay extra for them. Good kitchen utensils but no dish soap, so cleaning was difficult. No extra toilet paper provided during a 4 day stay. We had a good time but would have appreciated a few more amenities. "
