"Awesome boutique hotel. Decor in public space and guest rooms are very welcoming and comfortable. The main lobby and small outdoor balcony near elevator is the perfect place to sit and read, have a conversation or as I did waterpaint. The area is definitely a foodie adventure so many places to choose from. The Treehouse and cafe on site are very good. I recommend reservations for the Treehouse, the 2 times (5:30pm Wednesday &Thursday) I stopped in for an early dinner I was informed they had only bar seating. All the tabels were reserved. I was there about an hour and a half and only 3 tables has guests. Food is good and the waitstaff are pleasant and attentive. "

"I chose this hotel based on its location near the embassy I needed to visit. It also was lower in price than many other hotels in DC. My only negative was the high prices for breakfast and in the restaurant."
