"We were in town for my niece’s wedding & needed a larger rental home. This place was perfect - plenty of space, it had everything needed (sheets, towels, coffee pods, etc. ), communication from the owner was timely, and very conveniently located. The unit is located next to a towing company’s yard but otherwise outstanding! We would definitely stay here again. "

"We came up specifically to view the Aurora Borealis and it did not disappoint! We had 2 really good nights and a 3rd that was obscured by clouds. Lots of places to view the lights, from Whitefish Pt. and to the east toward Brimley. We found a place at the mouth of the Tahquamenon River that was perfect - only about 5 minutes away. The apartment was nice, up a big flight of stairs (which was referred to as an “upstairs apartment”, but the photo only shows a few stairs and there are a lot more)...

"This was a quaint, lovely place to stay. 2 BR and 2 Baths. Loved that the woods was behind it and view thru window was peaceful. Stayed on a Friday and Saturday so was able to walk across street to the Tahquamenon Lodge and buy a yummy breakfast at very good price. They serve Sat and Sunday mornings. There is also a bar across street that serves burgers, etc. So very convenient. Had a problem with bathroom light but called and got a call back quickly. It was fixed immediately. "Our stay was really good. It was a quick visit to see our daughter that’s there for school. Our check in at 10:30 pm was a little bit of a stress for us. Our code did not work and I called the number and no answer….panick sets in…. But she calls me right back and resets our code!! We were short a remote for the TV and she had one dropped off right away It was clean and inviting. The bed was a little hard for my liking but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again! "

"It is so much fun to stay in a neighborhood. People we chatted with, walking to Penny’s Kitchen and down to the locks. A great place to visit Sault Ste Marie. The apartment was more space than my husband and I needed but we so enjoyed being there. Were very interested to see it and we were not disappointed. We are in our 60’s and pretty active. The stairs were not a problem but we understood they were there. So no surprise! Hope to come again. Thank you for having us"
