This charming 63m2 apartment is on the third floor via stairs (no lift) of a well-located building in the heart of Brighton.
This living room features a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for lounging after a tiring day. There's also a balcony with a great view!
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare home-cooked meals, including a cooking plate. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. If you wish to dine in, there's a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.
There are two bedrooms. One has a king bed, and the other has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
