"Check in was nice and easy with clear directions to the room in another building. I think the building was called Loch Say. The room was one floor up and likely a converted attic. Bed was comfortable and, shower nice and clean with all amenities expected. The steep sided roof was annoying and other than the bed, there was no furnishing. "The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly. "

"This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were nothing but helpful and went out of our way to make our honeymoon trip special.
