"We booked a king lake view room. It had heated floors, blackout curtains, beautiful art and the room was gorgeous. We felt like royalty. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. We had the traditional Irish breakfast it was delicious. We did the falconry walk and boat rife of the lake. So much fun. The town of Cong is charming too. You will absolutely love Ashford Castle. The history is incredible and the art, bars, and restaurants are impeccable. "

We wanted a home base to make day trips from and Brownstown Lodge was absolutely perfect for us! the house is lovely, the property so peaceful, the view perfection. The house lends itself to privacy if you want it and togetherness when you want that. We would absolutely stay here again. Thomas was so helpful with information prior to our arrival. The house was spotless, the beds perfectly comfortable. We were able to enjoy a family meals together and conversation around the fireplace. I can't recommend this home enough. It was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much, Thomas, for making our first visit to Ireland so wonderful. We will be back."

"We have just checked out of this beautiful hotel and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and has everything you need, the conjoined pub 'The Crows Nest' next door serves a fabulous menu and all the locals are very chatty and always so friendly. We were sad to check out as we had such a wonderful two days but would love to return in the future!"
