"Have been coming here for years. Since Hilton Grand Vacations took over things are going down hill. Staff is very nice and professional but the room amenities are disappearing. Still a very nice property but they are really cutting back"

"Great property and location. Very difficult to reach the front desk by phone and when I left messages, per their instructions, I never received a return phone call or message. My room, Room127, was very noisy as it was next to the weight room which was being used at 8-9 pm when many of us skiers, and little kids, are trying to sleep. Also had kids running up and down the hallways upstairs which sounded like a heard of elephants. Soundproofing does not seem to exist, so some reasonable noise...

"Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. "

We also did not know there are 32 flights of stairs to go up to the entrance into Condo…no elevator… this was not indicated in the description of property. "The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom."
