"The condo was very nice to stay in- lots of towels and shower/toiletries provided. Although we didn’t cook or eat at the condo, plenty of dishes etc were provided. The owner communicated very well letting us know how to check-in, heat and/or cooling instructions, check-out instructions, wi-fi information and TV info. The WELCOME book on the living room table did say there should be another book on the counter which there was not!! Did have to call a couple of times about how to access the Jacuzzi. Refrigerator wasn’t working properly but found the small refrigerator in the living room which was fine. No elevator was hard as we had a wheelchair bound child but took turns carrying him up the stairs which he thought was quite fun!! Teenagers enjoyed having their own space upstairs. Playground and Basketball court was also utilized and was fun. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your condo!!"
