"The name says it all. Grand breakfast, Grand rooms and over the top with the marble LOL … I understand why some reviews call it dated but it’s old fashioned & old worldly Grand (with some art deco). Lots of marble, Red carpets, plush drapes and sofa sets, wall paper, cornices dados & dark wood furniture. But all newish and well maintained. You will love it - like stepping into the charming old grand hotels of early 2020’s. Nothing is too much trouble!! 1 major downside to note. Weekends invariably means very loud music for wedding and birthday parties on 2nd floor, so bring ear plugs or request a room on top floors. "

"Everything was perfect with the exception of the lobby has no coffee and the restaurants are not open. If you want coffee early in the morning there is espresso in the rooms, but for regular plain old coffee could not find any but our stay was wonderful."
