"The size and location were good. I had thought that there was private parking but it was actually on the road side. Luckily the road was very quiet. The fittings - furniture, bathroom fittings and kitchen ware - were old and worn. There was lots of crockery but few pieces of cutlery and mugs - unless you wanted chipped or plastic ones. "This is a beautiful house in a lovely town on the Normandy coast. "The house was very modern and new. The room arrangements were good for our group. One bedroom en-suite was on the ground floor which was nice. The house is outside the bustle of Caen but an easy drive to get there. Plus, grocery stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. Because the area is new there was a lot of road construction with new roads not showing accurately on our GPS. As a result, we had a hard time finding our way in and out of the area during our stay.
