"This is the best stay option in Bayeur. Isabelle was very kind. She came to the train station to drive us to her B&B. Her property is on a very quiet street. But it is so close to the Main Street and all the shops, restaurants, local attractions, all in a few min walking distance. The room is very nice, clean, and European which we love. "Extremely pleasant family running a small, quiet property. Easy parking and a simple, but nice breakfast. From the front door it was a 100 meter walk to the middle of Gold Beach and a 1-2 km drive or hike up to the cliff top memorial over Arromanches. Perfect for our short stop during a self-guided exploration of the historic sites of Normandy."

"We had a great experience there. Our host Vanessa was very kind, friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and maintained to a high standard. The pool and hot tub make it even more pleasant. And what a feeling to be surrendered by all those horses. "Sylvie and Jean-Michel were absolutely amazing hosts. They are a warm, friendly and engaging couple that love what they do. Their lovely B&B is just a block from the beach where you can walk or ride for hours if you choose. The room was private, delightfully decorated, very clean, and exceptionally comfortable. "We stayed 3 nights in August 2024 as a family of four. The place is beautiful. The room was great with a huge bathroom (and wonderful shower). The twin room upstairs had plenty of room for my two teenaged children. The food was the best bit. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, fruits and local dishes. "The Victoria B&B is an outstanding property located close to the D-Day memorial. Our room was immaculate, very quiet, and had a view of the garden. The breakfast was excellent. "Our room had the bare minimum , no wifi even though room was advertised with wifi , no amenities in the room apart from two small bottle of water . Mattress was so uncomfortable and tiny , even for two ladies . We couldn’t open the windows to get some fresh air and cool it ( there’s no fan or AC and weather was warm ) due to the mosquitoes on-site. There’s a pond near the house and apparently this is why there’s a lot of mosquitos. Even though the host is aware of that ,there was no intention...
