"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. "Had a lovely weekend break with my girlfriend and enjoyed every bit of this hotel - my only criticism is that they advertise pool, jaquizzi and spa - but the pool is basically a pond in the garden (with fish in it) and spa is a small out house with tiny sauna in it. They also charge an extra fee for using the spa, which is disappointing considering the amount you spend on the room. We decided against using the spa for that reason. "

It was very cold our first day in Brugges and the fireplace was wonderful to come home to. Our room and bed were large -- and beautiful large windows. "Great location, it’s a 15 min walk to old central Bruges. The room is a little small, but comfortable, although some nicer pillows would be good. Be aware the walk up is steep and narrow, like so many European rooms. The breakfast part is a little pricey but nice, I think if you book it in advance you can save a few$. The parking is close, but it’s a tight fit in the garage for anything small suv size or bigger. Overall a great stay."

"A short break to Bruges which was the first time for us. The hosts were so helpful before our visit with lots of information. They were very good in responding to messages before we visited. The Townhouse was perfect, ideally placed with easy walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Breakfast was superb and set us up for the day.
