This is a recently remodeled 100+ year old studio. The owners painstakingly restored floors, shiplap & more! Space consists of one large 14x14 room which includes kitchenette, queen bed, eating area & couch with an additional adjacent full bath & deep closet. Under the wet bar you’ll have glass electric twin burners, George Forman grill & a waffle maker. (Just Incase) While there’s no shared access & your unit is fully private, there is a shared solid wall. Please be mindful of noise levels. We just added a smart TV for your streaming. Read one of the provided books or local magazines & enjoy some down time.

Welcome to our Airbnb home! We want you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay with us. To ensure that everyone is happy and satisfied, we have established some house rules that must be strictly followed. Please take a moment to read through them before booking and make sure that you agree to them.
1. No Parties: Absolutely no parties are allowed in the house. This includes any gathering or event that involves more than the registered number of guests. This is not only for the safety of the house but also to respect our neighbors. If we receive any reports of parties, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $500 will be charged.
2. No Loud Music or Noises: Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially after 10 pm. Our neighbors enjoy peace and quiet, and we want to maintain good relationships with them. If we receive any reports of loud music or noise, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $200 will be charged.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or anywhere on the property. If we detect smoking in the house, a fine of $500 will be charged.
4. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the house.
5. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an additional fee, and you will be asked to leave.
6. Please dispose of your trash: Leaving trash and food inside the house will attract insects and rodents.
7. No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its original position. If you do, you will be charged a fine of $100.
8. No Destruction of House Furniture/Items: Please treat the house and its contents with respect. If any damage is done to the house or its contents, you will be charged for repairs or replacements.
9. Be Mindful of Neighbors: Please be mindful that this is a duplex and you share a wall with tenants next door. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
10. Ensure All Sliding Doors and Windows are Locked: Please ensure that all sliding doors and windows are locked before leaving the house for your safety and the safety of the house.
11. Clean After Yourself: Please clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition you found it. If excessive messes are left, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
12. Park only in your designated spot.
We take these rules seriously, and failure to abide by them will result in fines and early termination of your stay.
