"They told us there were no taxis in the area but we found out later on there were taxis in the area as we got a phone number later on. We have to hussle with the luggages up the stairs in the city making it very hard in our luggages and ourselves which they got really wet as it was raining. A Good Samaritan, his wife and friends helped us with the luggage and gave us a ride to the apartment. The washing machine didn’t work and there were no instructions at all. From coordination of transportation to helping us with some logistics, we coukd not have asked for a better experience. Oh, and the views, breathtaking.
